The Development History of Shanghai Tangke New Material Technology Co., Ltd.

In 2006, against the backdrop of China's vigorous support for the new material industry, Shanghai Tangke New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established in Shanyang Industrial Park, Jinshan District, Shanghai. At that time, the company invested 200 million yuan in the first phase, covering an area of more than 120 mu, and set foot on the entrepreneurial journey with the goal of customizing green, healthy and safe functional packaging films for customers. Since its establishment, the company has actively introduced professional technical talents and formed a R&D team, laying a solid foundation for its follow-up development.

In the early stage of entrepreneurship, Shanghai Tangke faced many challenges. In 2010, new technology material projects were still in emerging fields, with low market awareness and difficult customer expansion. However, the founder of the company did not flinch. He withstood the pressure, kept learning new technologies, and strived to build a team and attract customers. In order to improve product quality and production efficiency, Shanghai Tangke introduced W&H film blowing production lines from Germany. The production capacity of a single production line reached 4,000 tons per year, and the specifications and performance such as product thickness and width reached the advanced level of the industry. At the same time, it gradually built a series of supporting industries for film blowing-slitting-bag making, realized the transformation from single production to one-stop service, and initially formed the business model of a high-tech enterprise. 

In 2011, a significant milestone marked Tangke's development. In June, Shanghai Tangke Nylon Products Co., Ltd. (now Shanghai Tangke New Packaging Materials Co., Ltd.) commenced operations, expanding the company's business scope. In October, the company was officially renamed Shanghai Tangke New Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., symbolizing its brand upgrade. Since then, Shanghai Tangke has continuously increased investments in technological R&D and market expansion. Its products not only gained a firm foothold in the domestic market but also were exported to Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, North America, and other regions. In 2015, the company's production and sales value successfully exceeded 100 million yuan, and by 2018, it had grown to over 200 million yuan, achieving substantial improvements in both enterprise scale and economic benefits. With the intensification of market competition and the enhancement of environmental protection requirements, Tangke has actively sought changes. In recent years, the company has achieved fruitful results in scientific and technological innovation, holding more than 50 self-developed patented technologies. In December 2024, it applied for a patent for "a shielding anti-static ton bag inner liner and its preparation method," which can effectively solve the static electricity problem of ton bags, ensure transportation safety, and maintain stable anti-static performance even in environments with drastic temperature changes. Additionally, it has submitted a patent application for "an aluminum-plastic composite packaging ton bag material and its preparation method." The product features excellent water tightness, moisture resistance, and anti-static properties, capable of isolating oxygen, preventing water and moisture, and demonstrating strong durability.

Meanwhile, Tangke has actively responded to environmental protection policies by launching eco-friendly products such as frozen vacuum packaging materials, buffer air column packaging materials, and PE-based packaging materials. The company has continuously improved its industrial chain, forming complete supporting facilities for film blowing, printing, compounding, slitting, and bag making, with an annual output of over 50,000 tons of nylon co-extruded films and aluminum-plastic composite films. It has been successively recognized as a Shanghai Specialized, Special and New Enterprise, a Jinshan District Science and Technology Little Giant Enterprise, a Jinshan District Patent Demonstration Unit, and a Jinshan District Engineering Technology Center
