The 25KG Aluminum Composite bag launched by Shanghai Tangke not only inherits the characteristics ofaluminum-plastic composite materials such as high barrier property, puncture resistance, moisture resistance and light protection, but also achieves full-range adaptation to different material packaging scenarios through four distinct structural forms—conventional type, M-fold design, heat-sealed square bottom and valve port configuration.

In the product display, it can be seen that each of the four structures has unique features: the conventional type is suitable for general-purpose material packaging; the M-fold structure enhances the three-dimensional stability of the bag, facilitating stacking, storage and transportation; the heat-sealed square bottom design improves load-bearing balance and standing stability; while the valve port structure enables dust-free filling and efficient sealing, making it particularly suitable for the airtight packaging of powder and granular materials.

This Aluminum composite bag adopts a PE/AL/PA/PE multi-layer co-extrusion composite process with a thickness of 0.15-0.18mm, and can be safely used within a load range of 10-50KG. Its milky white base material combined with customizable printing not only meets the needs of brand visual communication, but also has excellent product information labeling and traceability functions.
